Every patient has to wear retainers at the end of their treatment 100% of the time! If we don't show it here it's due to the time on the video but we have plenty of videos about the importance of the retainers after you finish your treatment! Thanks for watching! When braces are removed, the spaces left by molar bands will naturally close up as your gums heal and adjust. Your dentist also has to provide a retainer to help maintain the new positions of your teeth and ensure that everything stays in place, including those spaces. What is the minimum occusal clearance needed for zirconia and what is the minimum clearance need for metal? 2. Is the metal and zirconia have same minimum clearance in functional, non functional cusp and grooves? 3. For patent with minimum clearance which would be best metal or zirconia?.

It's not normal but it's common in patients that wear bite plates for a couple of months, Your gums should go back to normal (If you have an excellent dental hygiene routine) also when was your last dental cleaning as well?
